I'm based in the Odd Down area of Bath and my personal training is held at at a small private gym on Englishcombe Lane called Rejuvenate.
It doesn’t matter about your fitness levels... it’s your attitude towards being fitter and stronger.
I encourage everybody to set their own individual goals and targets to reach you will find classes & personal training sessions to be Motivating, Fun and supportive.

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class that is a challenging yet safe exercise that promotes, improved core strength, back mobility, flexibility, posture. co-ordination & balance, reduce stress & anxiety, boosts mood & improves sleep, relieve stiff joints, improves back pain, tones all over!

Making Fitness Fun
Hi my name is Zoe, a Mum of two children based on the south side of Bath. I qualified as a fitness instructor in 2017 and have trained lots of clients over this time. Specialising in Fitness Pilates, Group Fitness Classes, Group Cycling Classes and Personal Training I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
