A BIT ABOUT ME

Making Fitness Fun

Hi my name is Zoe, a Mum of two children based on the south side of Bath. I qualified as a fitness instructor in 2017 and have trained lots of clients over this time.  Specialising in Fitness Pilates, Group Fitness Classes and Personal Training I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness classes suitable for all levels, ages and ability's . Choose from group Exercise Classes, Fitness Pilates or Personal Training. Contact me today. 

* Monday 9.30am - Fitness Pilates, Southdown Methodist Church

*  Tuesday 7pm - Legs, Bums & Tums @ Rejuvenate Gym, Englishcombe Lane

*  Wednesday 9.30am - Fitness Pilates @ The Hub Combe Down

*  Thursday 7pm - 30 Minute Body Blast @ Twerton Village Hall

*  Thursday 7.40pm - Fitness Pilates @ Twerton Village Hall

*  Friday 9.15am - Total Body Circuits @ Rejuvenate Gym, Englishcomber Lane


All Classes require booking & payment prior to arrival. £7 Fitness Pilates/Block bookings. £5 Fitness Classes
